Schoolhouse Theater Arts is Back at Forest Ridge

So your kids want to act? Do they love being on stage? Now’s their chance!

Schoolhouse Theater Arts is presenting a production of “Rock & Roll Revue” at FRES, and your students are invited to participate. The production is open to students in grades 2 – 5. No audition preparation is needed, and no prior acting experience is required. Casting is very flexible. All students will receive a part.

Rehearsals will be held right after school from 3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. on Thursdays. Cost is $170 per student. Parents can deduct $5 off additional siblings.

Here is the complete schedule:

Rehearsals – 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
Dress Rehearsals – 5/15 and 5/16
Shows – 5/17 & 5/19 (two dates if double casted)

How to Register
Sign up now through March 15. Complete the paper registration form that will go home with students the week of Feb. 27. Or, download the form to get a jump on registration!

What to Bring
Each student needs a small three-ring binder with pockets and a light snack for each rehearsal. Costumes are the responsibility of parents. Teachers will distribute a suggestion list at a parent meeting at the end of the second rehearsal.
